Job Description

FlexSolv Networks is looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Associate being detail-oriented to contribute to the achievement of the company in Telecom Industry.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Interact & Negotiate with customers and make/execute sales.
  • Promoting the company's telecom services and introducing them to the market.
  • Strong Marketing and Sales Negotiation is needed.
  • Ability to research and develop marketing opportunities to understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's development goals.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Focus on improving SEO performance.
  • Also use of various social media platforms to promote the business.
  • Leading the charge on Market research plans to Identity new opportunities.
  • Work with outside sales to develop business opportunities in a geographic area.
  • Conduct high level Industry research to develop effective sales solutions.
  • Must be capable of building strategic relationships to drive new revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Telecom Knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Familiarity with Business Development and Marketing strategies .
  • Strong organizational, analytical and creative thinking skills.
  • Pro-active and good listener.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business development, Marketing, Mathematics, Business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing or Business Development is preferred.
  • OSP fielding and construction preferred but not required.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.

Location: Richardson, Texas

Office Hours: 8am-5pm
